1. General

By accessing and placing an order on teatee.store, you agree to these terms and conditions. Tea Tee Store reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Product images are representative; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Products are subject to availability

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
• An order confirmation will be displayed with your order ID after payment
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors

4. Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders across India
• Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days
• You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped
• We currently ship only within India

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part — in which case we cover the return shipping

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• To cancel an order, contact us with your order ID as soon as possible
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled (see return policy above)

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Tea Tee Store and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of teatee.store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
